About: Sandra Wells

Sandra Wells has been a educator, facilitator and consultant for over 25 years. She has a rich and varied background in the arts, in the financial service industry and in executive and relationship coaching. Sandy earned a BA in English from NYU and a Master’s Degree in psychology from Vermont College. She has an active private practice serving individuals, couples, families and organizations in creating conscious, appreciative relationships and has the reputation of being “the coaches’ coach.” She is known for her passion to learn and to serve and offers mindful practices that support personal responsibility, relational harmony, inner balance and well being. Sandy has extensive training with the Hendricks Institute and is also informed by her time with Thich Nhat Hanh, Natalie Goldberg, the Mid Hudson Elite Academy of Yoga and The Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She recently completed the Practicum in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Admission to this program is limited to practitioners with extensive professional experience and a solid meditation practice. Over the years, Sandy and her husband, Rodney, have created and facilitated numerous workshops including “The Art of Integrity in Practice”, “The Art of Intimacy” and “Skillful Living.” They are currently creating a curriculum for co-parenting post divorce.
